Kegiatan USK ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka Peningkatan Kualitas dan Daya Saring Sumber Daya Manusia Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas SMK berdasarkan tugas, fungsi, dan kewenangan masing-masing. Dalam upaya meningkatkan akses sertifikasi kompetensi bagi siswa SMK pada Tahun Anggaran 2021.
